Reinhardt Pienaar has joined African International Advisors as a consultant after working within the ICT Industry as a Digital Strategist for more than 3 years. He has worked extensively with some of South Africa’s, and even the globe’s, top companies, crafting transformational strategies. His consulting roots are firmly based on the principles of finding solutions to problems that are customer desirable, technically feasibile, business viable, and sustainable.
Reinhardt holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Cape Town (UCT), as well as an Honours degree. He is a lifelong learner, holding multiple certifications and diverse skillset, including certifications in Data Analysis (UCT), Lean-Agile (SPC – Scaled Agile), Design Thinking (Red&Yellow), and Cloud (Azure and AWS).
In his work, Reinhardt believes that consultants must prioritise thoroughly understanding a problem before diving-into designing and building a solution. However, it is equally important to move quickly towards testing and executing ideas - or else the value of a solution and the learning that a failed attempt can provide is lost. This is something he tries to balance in every project.
