Lwandle Fakazi is the Africa Practice Leader at AIA and has experience in analysing industrial and businesses processes for efficiency and productivity. He has applied these principles in understanding and reengineering business processes as well as utilising analytical methods to develop thorough solutions.
Since joining AIA in 2017, he has worked on several projects for organisations within the South African public sector. These range from Strategy Facilitation and Development to the alignment and Organisations with their mandate to develop appropriate Business and Operating Models. Areas of expertise include Business Process Mapping and Re-engineering, Data Analysis, Organisational Design and Process Modelling.
Prior experience includes the development of business cases for energy efficiency projects, which were implemented within the platinum mining industry, to drive environmental sustainability whilst reducing operational expenditure.
