Claudette Carney holds a B.Com Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management - degree from the University of the North West (NWU - PUKKE). She supplemented her degree by studying and completing additional courses in Statistics, Accounting and Sociology. She is in the process of completing her Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of South Africa (UNISA) 2023, which will enable her to be a greater well-rounded asset to an organization. She believes that the role and contribution of an Industrial Psychological and trained Human Resources professional is crucial to business success, particularly in today’s economic, political, social, labour, and legislative environment. Claudette has global work experience in countries such as South Africa, Africa, USA, Canda, UK, India.
She has a passion to communicate effectively with all individuals and assist companies to reach their overarching bottom-line objectives, as set out by the vision and strategy of the Directors and/or the CEO of a company. Implementation of Key Performance Indicators and Gap Analysis within an organization are some of her interests.
